Many of you know us as ICI or SSI. Others refer to us as Infrastructure Contractors, Inc. or Stabilization Services, Inc. Regardless of how you refer to us, our values remain the same. Since our beginnings in the early 1990s, our companies have been driven by one core principle: do the job right each and every time. With that in mind, we bring an exceptional level of quality, expertise, and craftsmanship to every project we touch.

This work ethic has earned us long-standing relationships and built trust across the industry with developers, home builders, general contractors, and municipalities.

Our teams are made up of experienced professionals and craftsmen who take pride in their work and understand that quality construction begins below the surface. Before construction starts, our preconstruction group works with you on budgeting, take offs, or just providing an estimate for your project. During this process, we often provide insights to clients for value engineering. 

From the time site work starts until the final proof roll, our seasoned field managers closely coordinate with owners and project managers to meet schedules and navigate unforeseen or complex job site conditions.
